Shipping costs are $11.94 (CDN) per Shipment. Delivery times are approximately 7-12 business days. Customers will be contacted by email if there is any issue with the supplied delivery address.

Shipping to Destinations outside of North America

For shipments outside of North America, please contact us for a quote. We use UPS rates for all International shipments.

Returns

No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any items that have been opened. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped, but may be returned following this policy. Funds will be returned by the same method that was used for payment. Shipping charges are not refunded, and currency exchange losses will be deducted from the refunded amount.
